5.Burner Heating System: Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, 200000Kcal/h. The heating time 5-7min(20-60°C). Max. temperature at 80°C. Fuel consumption is 4-5kg/vehicle.
6.Infrared Heating System: consists of 10 sets of infrared boxes,each box has a cover with a stainless steel mirror reflector and 3 tubes, total 30 tubes). Infrared Heat radiation have a feature of high penetration, efficient, no noise, pollution free etc.
7.Heat Exchanger: Two layers of heat exchanger made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.
8.Lighting Fixture: Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps.
9.Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
10.Pollution Control System: Multi-layer fiberglass filter.
Infarared spray booth doesn't have air pollution when baking,so it is environtmental friendly. Our infared spray paint booth is very safe,because our spray booth has safety control device. If you don't open the cover of infared box,the infared tubes won't be working.
