- Air Circulation System: 1 x 7.5kw direct drive intake fan, 1x5.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
- Burner: Italy RielloG20 diesel burner, 200000Kcal/h. The heating time 5-7min(20-60.C). Max. temperature
at 80.C. Fuel consumption is 4-5kg/vehicle.
- Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.
- Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pcs of 24w LED lamps. Side light has 32 pcs of 9w LED lamps. 900 Lux. All lights are accessed from outside the booth.
- Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter is M pattern nonwoven filter bags. It can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
- Control System: The system is composed of Microcomputer logistic control system, air pressure switch and Snyder electronic components.
- Pollution Control System: Special configure with M pattern Active Carbon pocket Filter System.
