Product Parameters

1. The high-accuracy large bench provides a best place for versatile applications of one unit.

2. The vertical lift of the bench, whose height can be adjusted between 300mm and 620 mm, depends on needs of the repair. Cars can be pulled quickly onto the bench.
3. The twin pulling towers , with powerful pulling force and unique way of fixing, can work along the bench at an angle from 0-360 degree under movable hydraulic pressure.
4. Adjustable general purpose clamps can fix any cars out of shape and there is no need to unload the clamps when pulling cars 
onto the bench.
5. Remote operation and the bench are all controlled by mechanical self-lock device under pneumatic system, thus prolonging the life of oil cylinder.
6. The flexible and accurate three dimensional laser measuring system can make the measurement and the repair happen at the  same time.
7. Auxiliary clamps with mechanics streamline design take into consideration cars of any deformation.
8. Quick repair and the pulling of the car due to the movable secondary lift system.
9. The imported assembled hydraulic system from USA is reliable, and of a long service life. Both the bench and the bottom are equipped with stretching components in order to perform the stretch on cars in all directions.

Ours Coating has a specialized and independent department for shipping the buyer's goods. The workers know T/T, L/C terms well. All Exported documents could be made perfectly. We cooperate with the most famous shipping company in China also. They could provide the best and economic shipping ways to the buyer's port.

3. Installation Service
Installation Service is available with all our machines. Ours Coating will dispatch technicians to the Buyer's factory to install and trial operate the equipment.

4. Clients' Training Service
Ours Coating can accept that the buyer arranges their own technicians to our factory to learn how to operate machines. Also, training in the installation period is better acceptable.

5. After Sales Service
Ours Coating will provide one year warranty period. Many spare parts will be prepared in the tool box together with machines.

Q1:Are you Manufacturer or Trading Company?
A:We are a professional manufacturer with our own export department.

Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A:Our company is located in Guangzhou City, China.All clients, from home and abroad,are warmly welcomed to visit us.

Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. 

Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components. 

Q7.Can we customize our product?
A:Yes,you can.Customized material and standard are acceptable. We can provide different standards according to your market and favor.
