Air Circulation System	Intake Fan ((3sets)	Each set consists of 2x4kw intake fan. Total 6 units of 4kw intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
	Exhaust Fan (3set)	Each set consists of 1x5.5kw exhaust fan. Total 3 units of 5.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
	Air Pipe	Made of Galvanized steel sheet consisted of 4 pieces of straight pipe750×750×1000, and 1piece of elbow. Air intake cabinet and air ducting for option.
	Filtering	Multilayer filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The green filter on the basement plenum and exhaust fan can filter the paint and dust emission. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reach 98%.
Heating System	Burner (3set):	Each set consists of 1 unit Italy Riello G20 diesel burner 200000Kcal/h. Total 3units of burners,600000Kcal/h.
	Heat Exchanger	The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency.
LED Lighting System	Light tube	Ceiling light has 18units x 4pcs of 36w lamps. Side light has 22 units x 2pcs of 36 w lamps. Total 116 pcs of 36 W lamps.
Filtering System	Pre-filter	Grade G2 plate type fiber glass filter; Dual filtering structure. The pre-filter can capture granules larger than 10μm.
	Ceiling filter	EU5 grade high efficient filter; Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm.The air cleanliness in the working environment can reach 98%.
	Ceiling filter support	Made of tube steel frame, thickness of 1.2mm, epoxy powder coating, antirust and strong, rigid, beautiful and durable, can be repeated disassembly, not easy to damage, easy to replace filter cotton.
	Pollution Control System	Multi-layer fiberglass filter, including basement Plenum (side exhaust) and Exhaust fan filter. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reach 98%.
Control system	Control panel	Microcomputer control system. Cabinet type, standard control system, easy to control and maintain.
	Function	Painting, constant temperature painting , drying, lighting, painting time and drying time setting ;emergency stop switch, failure indication, over-temperature alarm indication, especially with over-temperature and over-pressure alarm device. The electricity will be cut off once alarm devices alert. It makes our booth very safe.

Q1:Are you Manufacturer or Trading Company?
A:We are a professional manufacturer with our own export department.
Our factory was established in 2000.

Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A:Our company is located in Guangzhou City, China.All clients, from home and abroad,are warmly welcomed to visit us.

Q3. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. 

Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components. 

Q7.Can we customize our product?
A:Yes,you can.Customized material and standard are acceptable. We can provide different standards according to your market and favor.
