Configuration

Configuration:

1. Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.

1. Door: 4 pcs of front doors with special rigid frame. Size: 4000(w) x 4800(h). 2 pc of emergency door. 
2. Air Intake System (2sets): Each set consists of 2x5.5kw intake fan. Total 4 units of 5.5kw intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper. 
3. Air Exhaust System (2set): Each set consists of 1x7.5kw exhaust fan. Total 2 units of 7.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
4. Heating System (2set): Each set consists of 1 units Italy Riello G20 diesel burner 200000Kcal/h. Total 2 units of burners,400000Kcal/h.The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency. 
5. Lighting System: Ceiling light has 16 units x 4pcs of 24w lamps. Side light has 18 units x 4pcs of 24w lamps. Total 136 pcs of 24w lamps. 900 Lux.
6. Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

-7 to 15 working days if standard voltage-380V/50HZ/3 phases, if others is about 15 to 25 working days.

3. Payment?
-T/T, 30% deposit, balance should be paid before loading. If customized, 50% deposit, balance should  be paid before loading.

4. Loading?
-One set of 6.9X3.9X2.6/2.8m spray booth need to be loaded in one 20ft container. Others please ask on line.
