Q1. Are you Manufacturer or Trading Company?
A:We are a professional manufacturer with our own export department.
Our factory was established in 2000.

Q2. How to pack the products?
A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.

Q3. What is the terms of payment?
A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q4. What is the terms of delivery?
A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q5. How about the delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the
delivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components.
